  1. Where is my parcel? After you place your order, it takes on average 1-2 working days to process your order and 4-6 working days for your order to be delivered. If these deadlines have passed, please contact our customer service team.
  2. Where can I find my track & trace code? Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code. Also check your spam, sometimes our e-mails end up there. Please note that it may take a while before the Track & Trace link becomes active.
  3. How can I track the progress of my order? You can track the progress of your order with your Track & Trace number that you received via e-mail. Enter the Track & Trace on our Track & Trace page to view the status of your delivery. Go to this page to do so.
  4. I am not satisfied with my package. See our page on return and refund policy for information on how to return your parcel.
